Rubberwood Cutting Board -Dutch

This rubberwood cutting board brings a warm, rustic charm to any kitchen, featuring a detailed engraving of a cowboy tending a Dutch oven over a campfire with mesas rising in the background. The playful line “I always prefer going Dutch for dinner” adds a touch of humor that makes it perfect for cooks who appreciate both craftsmanship and personality in their tools. Rubberwood’s smooth, consistent grain pairs beautifully with the Western‑themed artwork, giving the board a clean, handcrafted feel that stands out whether displayed or put to work.

To ensure longevity and enhance the board’s natural beauty, I’ve already treated it with a coat of food‑grade mineral oil, the recommended method for conditioning rubberwood. This treatment helps protect the wood from drying and cracking while enriching its warm tones and keeping the engraved details crisp. With simple periodic re‑oiling, this board will remain a functional showpiece—ready for meal prep, serving, or adding a bit of frontier spirit to your kitchen.
